Community Partners
Rocky Mountain Bank employees feel that if we are to be part of our community, we must take part in our community.
Below is a list of some of the community projects we are proud to take part in. Links to these non-profits are provided. Please visit these websites to learn more about these wonderful organizations.
On the second Saturday of September, over 3,000 people come together for one of the biggest celebrations of community spirit and support in the country. The day is filled with a Fun Run and Walk, entertainment, food and informational booths. The magic of a community celebration, combined with ease of giving has increased awareness about the work of local organizations and has enabled them to raise over $60.5 million in the last twelve years. As much as the money, the ideal of a broadly philanthropic, caring community is enriching Jackson Hole and the lives of its citizens.
Rocky Mountain Bank is proud to be a Co-Challenger of Old Bill’s Fun Run for Charities.
Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area, an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, has built 17 homes in Teton County, Wyoming, and has sponsored 14 homes in Mexico. Thanks to volunteer labor and donated and discounted materials and services, Habitat is able to build significantly below market rates, and most recently for just $87 a square foot. The houses constructed are sold, without a profit and with an interest-free mortgage, to qualified low-income families, ensuring that their housing costs consume only a reasonable portion of their incomes. Coleman Andrews, Chairman and Chief Executive, and Rocky Mountain Bank are proud sponsors of Habitat. See the RMB women at work on the newest Habitat project.
